Dear Member:

The Annual Dinner of our Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn is an event which celebrates yet another great year that has brought us together to live, learn and enjoy each other's camaraderie at our Monthly Meetings, Judges Night and the infamous and informative Atlantic City CLE.

But this year it is more than that for me because I have been chosen to receive the Anthony J. Cutrona Award at the Annual Dinner on June 5 at El Caribe.

Trying to explain what that means to me is difficult to do, to accept such an honor in front of so many people who I have interacted with in so many ways over the course of so many years.  And to realize yet again how important it is to keep Judge Cutrona's legacy alive.

In case you haven't figured it out by now, I am saying this to send a message to you that it would be so special if all of us who can could make an effort to attend and support the event, to spend an evening together enjoying memories of our past, celebrating our present and embracing the future that is ahead of us.

I promise to do my best to contribute to that feeling on that night and would so appreciate seeing you there too.
